1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the operator who owns the bqji platform and you — the user ("you" or "member"). By using the bqji website, mobile version, or any other service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each member may hold only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all accounts being closed and any bonus benefits being cancelled.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Keeping your login password confidential is your own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify bqji support immediately.

• Each account is in the name of one individual — joint accounts are not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Additional identity documents may be requested as part of the verification process.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

For transactions on bqji we support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• When withdrawing, use a mobile banking account whose registered name matches your bqji account name.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn before being used in at least one bet.

bqji reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction and complete the necessary verification.

8 Gaming & Betting Rules

All games available on bqji — slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket betting — operate under specific rules.

• Each game has its own applicable rules, which can be found within the game interface.
• If a round or bet is cancelled due to a technical error, bqji will take reasonable steps to refund the relevant amount.
• If a bet is affected by a disconnection, it will be settled according to server data.
• For sports betting, results are settled after being confirmed from official and recognised sources.
